How Fast will my order arrive?

Below is a standard UPS delivery map for goods shipped from our home office. Most orders placed during normal business days before 2:30 PM will ship out same day. At times we will ship from alternate locations to expedite delivery. If order must be received by a certain date, please call our customer service desk at (800) 755-2095 with the specific deadline.

 

How is the shipping charge calculated?

We charge a % of the item total per shipment type, stock vs. non stock items, with a minimum charge per box. Most non stock items refer to flags & banners that are customizable as to length & color. These are produced as ordered and ship separately.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is offered on and order over $300 for stock items. (some restrictions apply)

What type of payments do you accept?

Open Account: (Subject to Approval) We will ship your order on open terms after we have approved your credit application. To set up an account, please request a credit application by calling us at (800) 755-2095, or simple select the Open account option upon checkout and we will contact you if information is needed to process your order.

Pay Pal: Pay pal payment processing is available via the online portal or if in our local delivery area our vans are equipped with card readers for payment upon delivery if desired

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. (VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express) Processes by Swipe for online orders & our in house processing for all custom or phoned in orders.

Debit Cards: When using a debit card, please be aware that your financial institution, though its card processor may place a hold on your account that may exceed the purchase amount. Auto Tech and its card processor are not responsible for placing or removing debit holds. Please contact your financial institution if you would like more information.

Check / Cash Payment: If you are picking up or having out route truck deliver your order we gladly accept cash or check payment upon delivery.

We have access to hundreds of products that are not shown on our site & would be happy to source what you are looking for.

Do you charge tax?

State tax, based on the rate for Winnebago County (8.25%), will be applied to all orders shipped within Illinois. Some of our Illinois customers have CRT-61 on file to obtain tax exempt status for resale purposes.
