UPS: Orders are shipped by U.P.S. The chart below shows transit time for U.P.S. Ground Service. Overnight, two-day, and three-day delivery services are also available. (call customer service at (800)755-2095 for details) All times are based on shipping from our Northern Illinois location. We reserve the right from time to time to drop ship from other locations.
The Chart above specifies transit time based on “working days”. All orders placed by 3:00 Central Standard Time usually ship the same day. If order must be received by a certain date, please call our customer service desk at (800) 755-2095 with the specific deadline. If the deadline cannot be met, you will be notified.
Please note actual shipping charges are charged on all orders. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped separately at no additional charge.
Local Pickup: At any time you are welcome to pick up your order at our Rockford, IL location or the factories location if ordering customer imprinted products, please note most factories are out of state so call for information.
Route Delivery: We offer free delivery in our surrounding area. This will become an option at checkout if your zip code is within our designated range. Our trucks run weekly and biweekly route and are scheduled ahead of time so if you are unaware when the local rep is in your area call us to see.
Method of Payment
Pay Pal: Pay pal payment processing is available via the online portal or if in our local delivery area our vans are equipped with card readers for payment upon delivery if desired
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. (VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express) Processes by Swipe for online orders & our in house processing for all custom or phoned in orders.
Debit Cards: When using a debit card, please be aware that your financial institution, though its card processor may place a hold on your account that may exceed the purchase amount. Auto Tech and its card processor are not responsible for placing or removing debit holds. Please contact your financial institution if you would like more information.
Open Account: (Subject to Approval) We will ship your order on open account after we have approved your credit application. To set up an account, please request a credit application by calling us at (800) 755-2095.
There will be a $25 service fee enforced for checks that are returned due to NSF or other account issues.
We highly recommend contacting us directly is there is an issue or question with your order that was paid for with a credit card. There will be a $25 service fee enforced for any chargeback placed through your bank as well as all processing fees incurred from initial credit card charge will be billed to the customer.
Past Due Invoices
All merchandise is to be paid within the terms stated on your invoice. A Finance Charge of 12% APR or $5.00 late charge per month, which ever is greater, may be assessed to all invoices that go past 30 days over their respective due date. At the time an unpaid invoice goes to 60 days past due, the debt will be turned over for debt collection and/or litigation at Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC’s descression.
IL State Tax: based on the rate for Winnebago County (8.25%), will be applied to all orders shipped within Illinois. Some of our Illinois customers have CRT-61 on file to obtain tax exempt status for resale purposes. Those customers will have a blanket tax exempt status on all orders and will be responsible for paying USE TAX when applicable. Out of State Customers: Auto Tech & Niles Marketing only operates and collects IL State Sales tax. If you are an out of state customer your order will be billed tax free, but you may be responsible for USE TAX in your home state. It is the customers responsibility to know their state laws and pay applicable taxes accordingly

Terms and Conditions
Please notify Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC with all changes or cancellations immediately. Because all orders usually ship the same day they are placed, the customer may be responsible for shipping and/or restocking costs incurred due to a cancellation or change.
For custom orders artwork will be provided to you for your approval. Written confirmation/approval will be required prior to us printing the job. Auto Tech will not be held responsible when a proof was approved & signed. Check for correct, spelling, numbers, spacing, & color. For license plate frames the dealer is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the frame style chosen does not interfere with their respective state laws.
All custom orders are subject to a +/- 10% over/under runs billed pro rata at the same unit price, plus freight. All orders are subject to a set-up charge as indicated in the text description of that product. This charge will be added to your order and reflected in your final invoice.
For custom orders delivery; date shown are for ship date & not delivery date. Every effort to deliver custom items on or before stated dates will be made, but can not be guaranteed.
If canceling a custom order; any order canceled or changed during production will incur the full cost of molding or set-ups & any other cost incurred in the production and/or shipping to date.
Although we make every effort to maintain the prices shown in our web site, Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC reserves the right to change prices due to an increase in product cost.
If an order is received damaged, please keep all of the damaged products and the original packaging box with the shipping labels. Call Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC immediately to file a claim.
Your satisfaction is very important to us at Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC. If you need to return product, please call us at (800) 755-2095 to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returns are available on most items, but does exclude but not limited to: Custom imprinted items, item used or damaged by the dealer, & car platforms.
Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC does not disclose nor sell your company information to any third party. However, if you do not want to receive any future Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC catalogs, mailings, nor e-mails, please send us your request.
All forms are sold “AS IS” We make no representation or Warranty as to the legal effect or consequences of any form sold by Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC. Please consult an attorney with any questions.
