If canceling a custom order: Any order canceled or changed during production will incur the full cost of molding or set-ups & any other cost incurred in the production and/or shipping to date.

If an order is received damaged:  Please keep all of the damaged products and the original packaging box with the shipping labels. Call Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC immediately to file a claim.

Your satisfaction is very important to us at Auto Tech & Niles Marketing LLC. If you need to return product, please call us at (800) 755-2095 to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returns are available on most items, but does exclude but not limited to: Custom imprinted items, item & used or damaged items not as result of the shipping procedd.
